About

As a Compass Group organization, hospitality is at the foundation of our solutions model. The company’s unique operational sectors means facility and food service lines are not homogenized but managed by industry experts.

Our clients interact with a single point of contact representing all Compass Group managed services, while internally each service line is overseen by a subject matter expert. It is this unique model that allows us to maintain an industry-leading client retention rate of 99%.

Eurest Services recently relaunched as ESFM, which stands for Elevating Solutions in Facilities Management.

Our Pillars

Ensure workplace safety.

Our commitment to safety is reflected in vertical-specific programming, company culture and results. Our TRIR in 2022 was 1.60, well below the industry average of 3.2.

The health and safety of our clients, their employees and our associates is our top priority. Our solutions align with the Healthy Building standard defined by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). As a Keystone member of IWBI we can facilitate the application for the WELL Health-Safety Rating and seal on our clients’ behalf.

Engage
our
people.

Our associates are our most important asset, and we invest in their training, development, and recognition to achieve a turnover rate that’s less than 1/5 the industry average.

The operational impact of the communications deployed via our employee engagement app resulted in the George Graves Award for Facility Management Achievement from the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) in 2020.

Deliver innovative solutions.

Our self-performed service model allows us to remain agile, with scalable services, as our clients’ business needs change. To inspire a culture of innovation, our Senior Vice President serves as executive sponsor for an Innovations Council where teams regularly present the ROI of new solutions deployed. Additionally, sector representatives across healthcare, education and corporate services lead a FM products committee where partner innovations are critiqued and piloted.

Create sustainable environments.

We’re proud to be part of an international firm that invests in tomorrow with actions today, and we take meaningful measures to reduce our impact on the environment. We are committed to incorporating product, equipment, and service innovations that are better for the planet and our customers.

Elevate
user
experiences.

We bring hospitality to IFM. Whether it’s the technology we introduce, like our proprietary technology platform, ESFMx, the innovative solutions we deploy, or the sustainability commitments that we drive, all of that must also create better workplace experiences for our customers.

IFMA Foundation Scholarship

We are committed to investing in the future leaders of facilities management. ESFM is the proud sponsor of two IFMA Foundation scholarships, awarded to undergraduate and/or graduate students enrolled in facilities management or FM-related (built environment) programs. Scholarship recipients receive a cash award and fully subsidized World Workplace conference travel, registration, and participation.
